LOGACCESS (LA)

Function

To mark secure entrants as logged-access.

Format

LOGACCESS entrant description1,entrant description2,...entrant descriptionn,

Up to 24 entrant description parameters may be given, each being for a secure entrant, that is a filestore file, secure magnetic tape, or secure exeofile.

Forbidden contexts

NO USER

Execution

Each entrant is checked to see that it is a permanent secure entrant which is either the directory of the proper user or is owned by the proper user and that the proper user, being suitably privileged, is acting as owner. The entrant is then marked logged-access.

Notes

  1. In a directory which has explicitly been made logged-access all entrants are implicitly logged-access. Entrants in a directory which is only implicitly logged-access are not logged-access
